The Kenwood TK-760H is an old 45-watt 2 meter commercial radio with 32 channels. Its UHF sister is the TK-860 and much of the characteristics are the same between the two other than the frequency band.
Like the TK-860 it can be front panel programmed if a jumper is set and programming cable used to enable it in firmware. The programming instructions appears to be the same. Only note that on the notpurfect page above, the features that can be programmed: I believe unknown feature 2 is to enable/disable PTT ID, and feature 4 is Wide/narrowband voice.
I got this radio from Craigslist and reprogrammed it for amateur band use.
